TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) of 50–150 mg/L is ideal for drinking. Below 50 removes useful minerals; above 500 is not recommended. Aguaclan RO purifiers with a TDS controller keep water in the ideal range.
A basic check and sediment filter change every 6 months, a full service with carbon filter replacement every 12 months, and RO membrane replacement every 2–3 years. An Aguaclan AMC plan (Basic, Essential, Plus or Advanced) gives 1 to 4 service visits a year at a fixed yearly price; filter renewal is in every plan and the higher plans also cover electrical, mechanical, membrane, UV and cooling parts.
